I worked as a Production Assistant for Endemol Italia (a Banijay company), the production company responsible for Cucine da Incubo 12 (Kitchen Nightmares).

I worked within a complex production team, collaborating with a group of five people under the supervision of the Set Manager. I handled complex, multi-location set camera equipment, organizational tasks, location scouting, and a very tight schedule, as well as the management of cast and talent.
